We are ‘MUVSA’, the Massey University Veterinary Student Association and the official representation of Veterinary students studying at Massey University in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
We exist to represent Massey veterinary students and advocate for their needs, interest and well-being. We work hard to provide students with support and balance throughout the Veterinary degree as well as foster a sense of belonging and community to enrich our lives as students, both within our own college and the wider Veterinary community. This includes investing in mental health initiatives, offering options for academic help, providing career development opportunities and guest lectures, and organizing many social extracurriculars, such as quiz nights, sports teams, and whole school events. We also work in close collaboration with key industry stakeholders such as the NZVA and MAS, and we are always grateful for their continued support.
