Join a certified breathwork coach for an introductory look at breathwork. This session is suitable for people with no experience as you will gently be guided through some of the most common breathing exercises.
Breath control practices have been used for centuries to help regulate energy flow through the body. Today's session is aimed towards awareness and connection to the breath, calming the nervous system and refocusing.
No equipment is needed, and the session can be done sitting or lying down. You may wish to have access to a blanket or pillow for comfort but these are not compulsory.
Please note if you have a respiratory illness or recently recovered from an acute respiratory illness and still have respiratory symptoms please seek medical advice before commencing breathwork.
